Perk Support Mar 11 Perk TV - Mobile / Earning Points On Perk TV

If you have more than one device that can run Perk TV, lucky you! You can use Perk TV on up to FIVE devices, as long as you are using only one perk account. You can run Perk TV on your iPhone and iPad at the same time!

If you are earning points too fast, you will receive a warning message:

"These videos were watched too quickly. Try Again!"

We suggest removing a device or two if you continue to see this warning.

Perk Support October 08, 2012 Perk Rewards / Your Rewards

Congratulations on redeeming your Points for a reward! We know how anxious you must be to get your reward, so we are processing your reward as fast as we can.

We send out Perk rewards on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from the previous redemption period. Rewards redeemed Friday-Sunday are sent on Mondays, redemptions from Monday-Tuesday are sent on Wednesdays, and redemptions from Wednesday-Thursday are sent on Fridays.  The redemption cut off time on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays is 11:59PM (CST).

Gift Cards and PayPal cash are sent electronically to the email address you provide us. Please note you must have a verified PayPal account to receive PayPal cash. If you chose to redeem your Points for a donation to a charity, we will send you confirmation after we have sent your donation. 

Electronics, such as iPods and Kindles, can take 5-7 business days to arrive to your mailing address after they are processed.

Once a Perk has been issued, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different Perk.
