FlexiTravel is our flexible cancellation policy, providing you with the flexibility for your business travel. You can cancel any flight, hotel, car, or train and get 80% of your money back.  

FlexiTravel covers bookings of up to 8 people and can be added to individual trips or all trips.

FlexiTravel is available for trips invoiced to any company on Perk, regardless of the company's location.

Cancellation conditions

You can cancel trips covered by FlexiTravel for any reason. Follow the steps on Change or cancel a trip, and we'll process the refund.

Depending on the types of bookings in your trip, you must request the cancellation:

• Flights and Trains - At least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• Cars - At least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Stays - Before 4 pm on the day of check-in.

Trips with multiple travelers

If there are multiple travelers on a trip, you can cancel the whole trip for individual travelers, and a FlexiTravel refund will be applied for the individual travelers.

You can’t cancel part of a trip for individual travelers. It must be the whole trip. 

Canceling part of a trip

FlexiTravel does not apply if you cancel only part of a trip. For example:

• If you booked a trip with only a round-trip flight from London to Barcelona and want to cancel just the return flight from Barcelona to London, FlexiTravel will not apply. You must cancel the whole trip for FlexiTravel to apply.
• If you booked a trip with a train from Manchester to London and a flight from London to Barcelona, and you only want to cancel the train, FlexiTravel will apply.

Refunds

All refunds are given as credit that can be used for future trips booked using the same payment profile. Credits are applied to your account within seven days, and they do not expire.

The FlexiTravel fee is not refundable and will not be included in the refunded credit. 

Pricing

You can add FlexiTravel to flights or the whole trip for a variable fee, on average 20% for each trip. For more information, see Add FlexiTravel to a trip.  

FlexiTravel Company is a feature that adds the FlexiTravel policy to all trips booked on your account. It can be added to any plan for a flat fee of 10% for each trip. For more information about FlexiTravel Company, see Add FlexiTravel to all trips.
