Every time you sign in to Perk, we’ll email you a one-time password (OTP) that you must enter to access the platform.
You can also sign in to Perk with a Google account. For more information, see Sign in to Perk with a Google account.
- Go to the Perk sign-in page.
- Enter your work email and click Continue.
- Check your inbox for an email containing the passcode.
- Enter the code and click Continue.
Trouble signing in
If you’re having trouble signing in, here are some tips to try:
- If you can’t find the login code, check all your email inboxes, including your spam, or try searching for login@perk.com.
- Try to sign in again — passcodes expire after 5 minutes.
- Check if the account requires you to sign in with SSO. If SSO is required, try to sign in using your company’s SSO method.
- Make sure you are using a supported browser.
- Contact one of your company’s Perk account admins.

Same email for multiple accounts
If you use the same email address for more than one Perk account, after entering your passcode, you can select which account you want to sign in to.
If the account requires you to sign in with SSO, you are redirected to the SSO sign-in.
