You can sign in to the Perk app using your work email, a passkey, Google account, or Single sign-on (SSO).
Sign in with email
Every time you sign in to the Perk app, we'll email you a one-time passcode (OTP) that you must enter to access the app.
- Go to the Perk app and tap Sign in with email.
- Enter your work email and tap Sign in.
- Check your inbox for an email containing the passcode.
- On the Perk app, enter the passcode and tap Continue.
Sign in with a passkey
Note: Passkey sign-in requires Perk app version 5.14.0 or later on Android and iOS.
Passkeys let you sign in using your fingerprint, face, or screen lock instead of a passcode. They're saved to Google Password Manager on Android, or iCloud Keychain on iOS.
The first time you sign in, you may be prompted to set up a passkey:
- After signing in, tap Create a passkey when prompted.
- Follow your device's instructions to verify your identity — for example, using your fingerprint, face, or screen lock.
Once your passkey is set up, use it to sign in:
- Open the Perk app and tap Sign in with email.
- Tap the Email field.
- Choose your passkey from the prompt your device shows.
- Verify your identity when prompted — for example with Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN.
If you tap Not now when prompted to set up a passkey, you can set one up later from your account settings in the Perk web app. For more information, see Set up and use passkeys.

Sign in with Google
Once you sign up for Perk, you can sign in to the Perk app using a Google account. Your Google account must be the same email address that is registered on Perk.
- Go to the Perk app and tap Sign in with Google.
- Select the Google account you want to sign in with and click Continue.
Sign in with SSO
Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that allows employees to access all the programs and tools they need by using just one set of credentials.
The SSO option will only be available if your company has already set it up. For more information, see Using SSO.
- Go to the Perk app and tap Sign in with SSO.
- Enter your work email and tap Continue.
- Complete your SSO provider's authentication process.
Trouble signing in
If you can’t log in to the Perk app, here are some things you can try:
- Make sure your app is up-to-date. Check the App Store or Play Store to see if there is an Update button.
- Restart the app: close the Perk app, remove it from your open apps tab, and reopen the app.
- Turn your phone off and then turn it back on again.
- Check if the account requires you to sign in with SSO. If SSO is required, try to sign in using your company's SSO method.
- If you can't find the passcode, check all your email inboxes, including your spam, or try searching for login@perk.com in your inbox.
- Open the browser on your mobile, go to Perk's website, and try to sign in with the same email. If it works, contact our Customer Care team.
- Contact your company's IT department to see if there is a problem with your account or its configuration on your smartphone.
