In Perk, there’s two tabs that you should regularly check to ensure that all your card transactions are correctly processed. This way you can stay on top of your company card expenses, and avoid any oversights in managing the transaction-expense matching.
You’ll be able to see any transactions that have not yet been matched:
- Web app: in Spend > My tasks, under the Card transactions tab
- Mobile app: in Spend > Cards > Transactions
This may be due to no expense report having been submitted for the transaction, or, if you’ve submitted an expense report but it has still not matched to the transaction, one of several other reasons.
In Spend > Corporate cards, you can see a full transaction history of the card. You can sort this overview by date range, as well as check the statuses of transactions in the Status column, and view details of the transaction and matched expenses.
Using these two menus, you can monitor that all your card transactions have been imported and matched, and that all your company card expenses have been submitted and approved.
