Perk can send a welcome email to people when you add them to Perk, whether you add them manually, via CSV or using an integration.
Note: By default, welcome emails are not sent automatically. If you want to send welcome emails automatically when you add new people to your account, contact your account manager.
You can send or resend a welcome email as required. The People page contains a column where you can see the people who have been sent a welcome email. You can filter the list of people by Welcome email, displaying only those who have either received or not received a welcome email.
Tip: If you can’t see the column, click the cog icon on the table and select Welcome email from the list of available column headings.
You can send the welcome email to specific users by selecting them in the list and clicking Send welcome email. The welcome email to all selected users, even those who have received it before.
