Use the Support Center to view and reply to your support tickets

You can find all your support tickets in the Support Center, where you can track their status in real time and reply directly.

How to access it:

  • Open the Help tab in the main navigation
  • Select Support Center

You can also reach it from other areas of Perk:

  • Trip details page: Available when viewing a trip with an active support ticket
  • Manage trip form: Accessible while a Manage Trip request is in progress
  • Chat: Open the Support Center directly from conversations related to ongoing requests
This is only for tracking and replying to existing tickets. You can’t create new tickets there.
To open a new ticket, use the usual contact options. See Contact us.

Find your support tickets

  1. Log in to the Support center.
  2. Go to the My tickets section, where you’ll see all your past and current support tickets, including any requests you’ve been CC’d on.
  3. Each ticket shows its current status: New, In progress, Awaiting your reply, or Solved.

Tip: You can filter tickets by status to focus on what’s most relevant, or sort by last update to see your most recently active tickets first.

Reply to a ticket

  1. Open the ticket you want to reply to from your list.
  2. Check the conversation history (messages, ticket ID, creation date, last update, status, and trip ID).
  3. If the ticket is still open, type your reply in the text box at the bottom.
  4. Send your message.

Note: If a ticket is closed, you won't be able to reply to it directly.
