Have no fear, your points are almost there! Some offers can take 24-48 hours to process, or may require additional proof.
If you have properly completed an offer, but you have not received Points for the offer, please complete the following steps:
- Open your Perk web browser.
- Go to Ways To Earn then More Ways To Earn page.
- Click on the ‘Support’ Link in the top right corner.
- Find the Offer you completed and click the Customer Service link.
- Send all proof of offer completion and allow 5-7 business days for a response.
The confirmation email you received after completing an offer can be submitted as proof of offer completion. However, submission of your "receipt" does not guarantee that you will receive credit for this offer. The Customer Support team will review your submission and may require additional information from you. Receipts submitted after 45 days (from when the offer was initiated) will not be considered.
