You redeemed your points for a reward, waited patiently, and got the email from us that we sent your reward, but you can't find it. Don't worry, your reward is safe.
- When you redeem your points for a reward, the email address associated with your Perk account is filled in for you on the redemption pop-up form.
- If you want your reward sent to a different email, or you use a different email for your PayPal account, you can fill in the email you would like your reward to be sent to in the redemption pop-up form.
- Sometimes your email will mark our rewards as spam/junk, so we suggest checking your spam/junk folder for the email containing your reward as well. Please add Support@perk.com to your email address book to receive our emails to your inbox
If you still can't find your reward, email Perk Customer Support and they will be able to help you out!
