When booking a trip with multiple travelers who have different travel policies, you can select the policy that applies. 

Once you’ve selected the travelers, the Travel policy section appears, and you can select the travel policy you want from the drop-down list. The selected policy will apply to all travelers on the trip. 

Note: When the booker is not an admin or travel manager, the travel policy of the first traveler will be used.
