Booking or fare conditions give you information about cancellations, changes, and other important things about your booking. 

The conditions are provided to you before booking, but you can also review them before making any changes to a trip that's already booked. 

1. Go to the Trips page and select the trip you want to check.
2. At the bottom of the booking information, you might find some of the conditions.
   
   
    
3. If the conditions aren’t displayed, click Manage booking.
   
   
    
4. Click Cancel the booking or Change booking dates, time or route.
   
   
    
5. The conditions will be displayed. Here are a few examples for different types of trips.
