Find information about credit transactions

Only account admins can perform this task.

You can access information about your credit transactions on a specific payment profile. You can see how much credit you have collected, spent, moved, or withdrawn for transactions with credit cards, direct debit, and top-up payments.

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Payment profiles.
  2. Select the payment profile you want to review.
  3. Go to the Credit transactions tab.
  4. Search for a specific transaction using the associated trip ID.
  5. Click the transaction to see the full details. 

You can download a CSV file with all the credit transactions for the selected payment profile.

Note: To move or withdraw credit, contact your account manager.
