Only account admins can perform this task.
You can access information about your credit transactions on a specific payment profile. You can see how much credit you have collected, spent, moved, or withdrawn for transactions with credit cards, direct debit, and top-up payments.
- Go to Settings > Account > Payment profiles.
- Select the payment profile you want to review.
- Go to the Credit transactions tab.
- Search for a specific transaction using the associated trip ID.
- Click the transaction to see the full details.
You can download a CSV file with all the credit transactions for the selected payment profile.
Note: To move or withdraw credit, contact your account manager.
