Sync your Microsoft Outlook calendar with Perk

You can sync your Perk trips with your Outlook calendar by connecting your Microsoft account.

All trips booked with Perk will be displayed, including the Trip ID, departure and arrival times, and booking reference/confirmation number.

Any changes to your trips will be updated in your calendar

You can link up to 5 calendars, but each one needs to have a different email account.

Perk can only read and send information to the Perk Trips calendar created by the integration. We won’t have access to other events on your Outlook calendar.

Troubleshooting

Here are some common issues you may encounter when setting up or using your synced Outlook calendar.

  • Make sure that you have a valid subscription and the necessary permissions from Microsoft. Permissions are managed by the calendar owner or administrator. If you are asked to request approval,  click the button, and the owner will be notified. For more information, see the Microsoft website.

  • If it says (BLOCKED) next to your calendar name and you don’t see any trip data in your Outlook calendar or your calendar is not syncing correctly anymore, try the following:
    • On Perk, disconnect your calendar.
    • Delete all Perk calendars in your Outlook.
    • Make sure all Perk calendars have been deleted by refreshing Outlook and selecting Show all.
    • Follow the syncing process again.
