Pay for a trip with a credit or debit card

To pay for a trip with a credit or debit card, you’ll need to create a payment profile for the card. There are two types of credit or debit cards you can use: 

  • A personal card that only you can see at the checkout.
  • A company card that other people can see - these can only be added by account admins.

Perk accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club.

We use a secure connection for all bookings, and your personal data and credit card details are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology, the online industry’s standard.

Pay with a credit or debit card

  1. Once you've finished booking your trip, click Continue to checkout.
  2. Under Payment and reporting, select the invoice address.
  3. Select the payment profile or your personal card, cost objects, and any other relevant fields.
  4. Click Confirm and pay or Send approval request.

Your bank might require authorization using two-factor authentication to complete the payment. If it does, follow the instructions on Understanding two-factor authentication.

Note: Account admins can select which company the trip is invoiced to and which payment profile.
