You can book a rental car on Perk with:
- Avis
- Budget
- Enterprise
- National
- Europcar
- Hertz
- Sixt
Different payment options are available for booking a rental car on Perk. For full details, see Paying for rental cars.
Tip: Longer-duration car bookings from 28 to 60 days are now available to accounts with the Pay on arrival Credit card and Direct billing payment options.
If you select the Pay in advance option and try to book a car for more than 27 days, the Pay on arrival options are displayed instead.
Book a rental car
- Go to the Travel page > Book > Cars tab.
- Enter your pick-up and drop-off locations, the date and time, select the driver for your trip, and click Search cars.
- Choose a rental car and click Select.
- Review the car details and rental conditions, then select your rate and payment details.
- Add any other relevant information, such as your flight number, loyalty program, and the driver's phone number.
- Click Continue to itinerary.
- Add a name to your trip and click Continue to checkout.
- Make sure the traveler's details are correct, complete the payment and reporting details, then click Confirm payment or Send approval request.
Once the trip is approved or confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note: Only one driver can be selected when booking your rental. Additional drivers can be added at the rental car office when picking up the vehicle.
The Hertz Loyalty Program is only available for bookings using the Pay on arrival - Credit Card payment method.
Additional fees may apply if you are under 26, depending on the rental agency/location policy.

Searching for locations
When you enter your pick-up and drop-off locations, you see an icon next to each location’s name. These icons indicate the type of search results that will be displayed.
- Airplane - Shows results for the selected airport.
- Office building - Shows results in the city.
- Location pin - Shows results within a certain radius of the location.
