Understanding the 'Processing' status

If your trip’s status is 'Processing', one of our travel experts is actively working on your request.

This means that they are:

  • Providing your travel information to the airline and purchasing the ticket for you.
  • Checking the information you provided to see if it is accepted by the airline or hotel.

Processing can take some time, depending on the airline and other travel service providers.
