To book flights or a hotel with a Large Family discount, you’ll need to send us a request using the Concierge service.

Make sure to provide the following information:

• The flights or hotel you want to book.
• The dates, times, and number of guests for your booking.
• Your Large Family discount number.

If we have any questions about the booking, we’ll get in touch. Once the trip is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
