AirHelp is the world’s largest air passenger rights organization, helping individuals claim flight disruption compensation.
The integration with Perk allows AirHelp to contact travelers who qualify for compensation and claim refunds on their behalf. You only pay the commission fee after the airline refunds the money.
All your international business trips in Europe, the UK, the US, Canada, and Brazil are covered.
For detailed information about refund timelines, which flights qualify for compensation, and the claim process, see AirHelp’s website.
The AirHelp process
If you have the AirHelp integration enabled, this is how it works.
- AirHelp uses flight data available on Perk to identify when a flight qualifies for compensation.
- The affected traveler or their travel manager receives an email from AirHelp and can choose whether to pursue their claim.
- After the traveler confirms they want to proceed with the claim, AirHelp will submit a compensation claim on their behalf to the airline.
- Any compensation is sent straight to the account that the traveler indicated in the AirHelp form.
Note: To use this integration, you must have an account and contract with AirHelp. If you don’t have an account, contact AirHelp to create one.
Enable and disable the AirHelp integration
