Only available for Premium and Pro accounts.
You can use Perk's Concierge service to request:
- Airbnb bookings - You’ll need an Airbnb account and the link to the property you want to book.
- Flights that you can’t find on Perk, including bookings with children or resident discounts.
- Airport transfers - Let us know your travel details and contact number.
- Complex trips - If there are lots of parts to your trip, and you can’t book with the multi-city flight feature.
- Other services that aren’t available on Perk, like meeting rooms, buses, or ferries.
Submit a Concierge request
To submit a Concierge request:
- Go to Travel > Book > Concierge.
- Select the type of request.
- Complete the form with as much detail as possible and click Send request.
One of our travel experts will book your trip. If they need to provide a quote, check the details, or have any questions, they'll get in touch with you.
