If you need to change the date, time, or route of your flight, you can check if it’s possible on Perk without contacting our Customer Care team.
The changes that you can make to your booking depend on the fare conditions of your flight.
- If the change you want to make is possible, you can add the new details, see the price, and confirm the changes.
- If the availability for your new flights can't be displayed, one of our travel experts will find you a suitable flight based on your requirements.
- If your flight can't be changed, you'll be given the option to create a new booking or cancel your existing one.
Making changes to the date, time, or route of a flight
- Go to the Trips page.
- Find the flight you want to change and click Manage trip.
- Select the part of the trip you want to change.
- Click Change booking dates, time, or route.
- Enter the date, time, and/or route details for the new flight and click Continue.
- Select the new flights and click Confirm changes.
Any extras from the original booking will be carried over and you'll recieve a confirmation email when the change is complete.
If your flight can’t be changed
Depending on the type of fare you selected, it might not be possible to change your flight.
If your flight can’t be changed, you’ll be presented with two options:
- Create a new booking: You'll need to cancel your original booking before making the new booking. If you want to use part of the original booking, be aware that most airlines require travelers to use their first flight, or they may cancel the other flights.
- Cancel your booking: Check the fare conditions to see if you are eligible for a refund.
