Add a travel document to Perk - passport, ID card or TSA

It’s essential that all travel document information is complete and up to date to avoid any issues when booking a trip or submitting expenses.

If you add your travel documents to your Perk profile, you don’t have to enter the details every time you make a booking.

You can add the following types of travel documents to your Perk profile:

  • Passport.
  • ID card.
  • TSA Redress number - Used to streamline the watch list matching process in the US.
  • TSA Known Traveler Number (KTN) - Used for faster security checks at US airports. If you have a Transportation Worker Identification Credential, you can enter your Credential Identification Number (CIN) instead of a KTN.

If you’re an account admin on Perk, you can add travel documents to someone else’s profile.
