You can extend, shorten, change the pick-up/drop-off time, or cancel most rental car trips yourself directly on the Perk platform without contacting our Customer Care team.
If you’ve already picked up your car and want to shorten or extend the rental, you must contact the pick-up office directly.
- Go to the Trips page.
- Find the trip you want to change and click Manage trip.
- Select the part of the trip you want to change.

Click Change booking dates or times.
- Enter the new dates and/or times and click Search availability.
- Find your preferred option and click Select.
- Check the rental details and conditions, add any additional information, then click Select car.
- Review the summary and click Confirm change.
If availability can’t be shown for alternative car rentals, your request will be sent to our support team. They’ll find a suitable option based on your request and contact you with the details.
Rental cars that can’t be changed
Changing your rental car might not be possible depending on the rental company, conditions, and/or date.
If your rental car can’t be changed, you can cancel the booking and create a new one.
Once the pickup date and time have passed, Perk can’t help you change your rental car booking.
If you don’t pick up the car, the company will automatically cancel your reservation and may charge a no-show fee.
