To book a flight with an Island Resident Discount, you’ll need to send us a request using the Concierge service.

Make sure to provide the following information:

• The flights you want to book, including dates, times, and the fare.
• The name of your municipality.
• The number on your resident certificate.

Once the trip is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. 

For other discounts, follow the same process and mention which discount card or loyalty scheme you’d like to apply.
 

Requirements

To be eligible for the Island Resident Discount, you must meet the following requirements:

• Your name on Perk must be exactly the same as the name on your identification document.
• You’ll need to take your Certificado de Residencia to the airport with you.
• Discounts are only available on routes to and from the island where you are resident.
