You might be asked to add a cost object or complete custom fields before confirming a trip. This means that cost objects and/or custom fields are mandatory for all trips booked by your company.

Cost objects generally relate to your department, and custom fields relate to a project, type of trip, or other specific traveler information.

You must select the relevant options for your trip from the drop-down list.

• If you're not sure which cost object or custom field option to select, contact one of your company Admins to find out.
• If there is no drop-down list, you are not assigned to a cost object. Before you can complete the booking, you need to contact one of your company Admins and ask them to assign you to a cost object.
