When booking a hotel
Once you’ve selected your hotel, you can request additional extras by adding a note on the Review stay details page.
We'll forward your message to the hotel, but requests are not guaranteed. You need to contact the hotel directly to confirm the extra, and any additional costs must be paid upon arrival.
After booking a hotel
If you want to add extras such as breakfast, early or late check-in, and room upgrades or changes, follow these steps:
- Go to the Trips page.
- Find the trip you want to add extras to and click Manage trip.
- Select the part of the trip you want to change.
- Select Add or change extras.
- Write a detailed message about the extras you want to add or change, and click Continue.
One of our travel experts will contact the hotel to arrange the extras and let you know once they are confirmed.
Note: Hotel extras are subject to availability and hotel fees.
