Choose and change your pricing plan

Only account admins can perform this task.

Perk offers three different travel plans - Starter, Premium, and Pro. You can also add expense management to the Premium and Pro plans with our Spend tool.  

You can upgrade your company pricing plan at any time, directly from your account.

If you want to add Spend or Travel to your account, you can upgrade directly on the Perk. Your account manager will then get in touch to help you get started. 

Change your pricing plan

On the Plans page, you can view your current plan, monthly and other fees, and edit the payment details.

To see more details about what's included in your plan, click the name next to Type of plan. For a comprehensive feature comparison, see our Pricing page.

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Plans.
  2. Review the plans and select the one that best suits your needs.
  3. To add Spend to your account, click Add Spend. To upgrade your Travel plan, click Upgrade to.

To downgrade your plan from Pro or Premium to Starter, contact your account manager or email sales@perk.com.

Note: Upgrade and downgrade requests are registered immediately and normally take effect from the next billing month or within 30 days.

 

Starter

The Starter plan only includes Travel. To add Spend to your account, you need to upgrade to Premium or Pro. 

 

Premium

For account admins, our Premium features include all of the Starter features and:

If you add Spend to your Premium plan, you'll have access to all of these features:

  • 10 expense rules
  • Standard expense workflow builder. 
  • AI-based receipt scanning and extraction. 
  • Standard per diems for selected countries.
  • Access to the Sandbox environment.
  • ERP Connectors - DateV and Xero.
  • Unlimited lodge, virtual, and physical Visa Debit cards.
  • Cash-back up to 0.5%.

Pro

For account admins, our Pro features include all of the Premium features and:

If you add Spend to your Pro plan, you'll have access to all of the Premium features and:

  • Unlimited expense rules.
  • Customizeable expense workflow builder.
  • Custom per diems for selected countries.
  • Expense Sandbox. 
  • Access to Open API. 
  • 1 External Card Feed per entity.
  • All supported ERP Connector - SAP, F&O.
  • Cash-back up to 1%.
