You can check your luggage allowance and seat assignment on the Trips page. 

You can add extra checked or cabin baggage and manage seat assignments yourself on Perk - Manage luggage and seats for booked flights.

For other extras or special requirements like specific meals and accessibility support, contact our Customer Care team. 

Note: For all flights arriving or departing from the US and Canada, extra checked baggage can only be added at the airport when checking in. 

Add additional luggage when booking a flight

You can add additional carry-on or checked baggage on the Extras page when booking a flight.

If the fare already includes a carry-on bag, it will be automatically selected. If it isn’t included, depending on the airline, you may be able to purchase a carry-on bag on the extras page.

If available, additional checked baggage options will be displayed, or you can click Show more options. Once you’ve selected the one that suits you best, click Add flight to trip. 

If you can’t see additional baggage options, the flight may not offer them, or they have sold out.
