You can sync every trip on your company’s Perk account with a Google or Microsoft Outlook calendar.
Once set up, all trips booked with Perk will be displayed, including general information such as the Trip ID, departure and arrival times, and booking reference/confirmation number. Any changes to trips will be updated in your calendar.
You can only have one Google or Outlook calendar connected to your company’s Perk account.
Perk can only read and send information to the Perk Trips calendar created by the integration. We won’t have access to other events on the Google or Outlook calendar.
Enable the calendar integration
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find the calendar integration and click Start setup.
- Click Enable.
- Click Connect calendar.
- Sign in with a Google or Microsoft account.
- Give access to the Perk Integration by clicking Allow or Accept. If you are connecting a personal Google account, you’ll need to tick the boxes and click Continue.
- In the calendar integration, click Manage, and your new connection will be displayed as Admin calendar connection to account.
- In your Google or Outlook calendar, you will have a new calendar called Perk Trips.
- All your trips on Perk will automatically show up in the Perk Trips calendar.
Disable the calendar integration
You can disable the calendar integration at any time.
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find the calendar integration and click Manage.
- Click Disable.
Note: Once you have disconnected your calendar connection, you need to manually remove the Perk Trips calendar from Google or Microsoft Outlook.
