Only available for Premium and Pro accounts.
If you or any of the travelers on a trip are assigned to an approval process, you’ll need to send a request to the approver before it can be booked.
To request approval for a trip:
- Search for flights, trains, stays, or cars and add them to the trip.
- Give your trip a name and click Continue.
- Add the invoice and payment details. The approver can edit these.
- If necessary, add a message for the approver and click Send approval request.
- Go to the Trips page, and you’ll see the trip with the status NEEDS APPROVAL and the approver’s name.
- The approver will receive a notification to approve and pay or decline the booking.
- When the trip is approved or declined, you’ll receive an email from Perk with any messages from the approver.
If approved, the trip will be booked and the status will change to Confirmed.
If declined, you’ll need to create a new trip and send another request.
