Circula is a travel expense management platform designed to simplify, secure, and streamline expense administration. Cicrula works with customers in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
The Circula Integration
The Circula integration automatically imports data from Perk and instantly creates expense reports.
- Whenever you make a booking on Perk, Circula automatically creates an expense report using the trip ID, dates, and destinations.
- The trip dates are used to automatically include any other purchase that falls on the same dates as the trip.
- You can also add your out-of-pocket expenses to Circula for the trip, and the report will include a per diem allowance based on your destination.
- Any changes made to bookings on Perk will be reflected in Circula.
Note: Make sure that all employees use the same email address in Perk and Circula.
Enable the Circula integration
For the integration to work smoothly, you need to change your invoice frequency to Instantly so that the data can be automatically imported to your Circula account.
You need to be an account admin for Perk and have Developer permissions on Circula.
The account admin who enables the integration must remain an active admin on both platforms for the integration to continue working.
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find the Circula integration and click Set up.
- Click Enable.
- Log in to your Circula Admin account.
- Authorize Perk to have access to your Circula account.
You can also enable the integration from your Circula account. Go to Settings, select the Perk tab, and click Connect to Perk.
Disable the Circula integration
Account admins can disable the Circula integration by following the instructions on Manage integrations.
