You'll receive a confirmation email before the check-in date with all the details for your stay. Any additional check-in instructions will be sent to you by email as soon as they are received.

Most stays are paid for in advance. If the property doesn’t take the payment before your arrival, you’ll receive an email with the payment instructions. The instructions will also be available in the Perk app.

Find your hotel information

You can find all the necessary information to check in to your hotel in the trip confirmation email. 

It's also available on the Perk website and app. Go to the Trips page, select the trip, and you'll see the following information:

• The property address.
• The property contact phone number and email address.
• Required documents and check-in instructions.
• Check-in times and front desk operating hours.
