The UK government requires all Eurostar passengers traveling to and from London to provide additional information before they can access their tickets. 

You’ll need to provide the following Advanced Passenger Information(API):

• Nationality
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Passport details 

If your profile is updated with all of this information, it will be added during the booking process.

If your profile is not updated, we’ll contact you to get the details, or you can add them yourself on the Eurostar website. 

To update your Perk profile, follow the instructions on Edit your personal profile.

Adding API on the Eurostar website

1. Find your Booking reference (PNR) on your Perk confirmation email or the Trips page.
2. Go to the Eurostar website.
3. Enter your booking reference and last name, then click View booking.
4. Under Booking options, click Add passenger information.
5. Next to your name, click Information required.
6. Enter your passport details, gender, and date of birth, then click Save Passenger information.
7. Download your train ticket.
