1. Go to the Travel page > Book > Flights tab.
2. Select if you’re looking for a one-way, round-trip, or multi-city flight.
3. Enter the date, destination, and travelers for your trip, then click Search flights.
4. Select your flight.
5. Choose your fare.
6. Add your loyalty program and any extras, such as checked baggage or insurance, then click Continue to itinerary.
7. Add a name to your trip and click Continue to checkout.
8. Make sure the traveler's details are correct, complete the payment and reporting details, then click Confirm payment or Send approval request.

Once the trip is approved or confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
