Travel budgets help you manage expenses for specific cost objects.
Depending on your plan, you’ll have a certain number of travel budgets:
- Premium: 5 travel budgets.
- Pro: Unlimited travel budgets.
With travel budgets, you can:
- Set the travel budget amount.
- Check how much has been spent.
- Select who is responsible for managing the travel budget.
- Receive notifications when a certain amount has been spent.
- Receive regular reports.
If any of the travelers on a trip require approval, the approver can see the remaining travel budget before approving any trips. The travel budget owner is also notified when a certain amount has been spent.
VAT and refunds are included in the budget calculations.
