Manage expenses with travel budgets

Only available for Premium and Pro accounts.

Travel budgets help you manage expenses for specific cost objects.

Depending on your plan, you’ll have a certain number of travel budgets:

  • Premium: 5 travel budgets.
  • Pro: Unlimited travel budgets.

With travel budgets, you can:

  • Set the travel budget amount.
  • Check how much has been spent.
  • Select who is responsible for managing the travel budget.
  • Receive notifications when a certain amount has been spent.
  • Receive regular reports.

If any of the travelers on a trip require approval, the approver can see the remaining travel budget before approving any trips. The travel budget owner is also notified when a certain amount has been spent.

VAT and refunds are included in the budget calculations.
