Cancel a trip on the Perk app

  1. Go to the Travel tab.
  2. Find and open the trip you want to cancel.
  3. Tap Cancel trip.
  4. Follow the steps until the cancellation request is complete.

Note: All cancellations are subject to the terms and fees of the airline, hotel, train operator, or car rental agency. You can add our FlexiTravel cancellation policy for a fee and make every trip refundable.
