Once your trip is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to check in online for your flight. This includes:
- Booking reference
- Passenger name
- Check-in email
Once you complete your online check-in, you'll get access to download your boarding pass. You can print the boarding pass or store it on your mobile device to present at the airport.
Your boarding pass contains important information, such as your seat number, included baggage or other extras, and the time you need to be at the gate.
Note: Perk will send a check-in reminder to the booker and all travelers on the trip 24 hours before departure.
Trouble checking in online
If you are having trouble checking in online, here are some things you can try:
- Confirm the information you’re entering is correct.
- Make sure you’re using the correct Check-in email on your trip's confirmation email.
- On your trip's confirmation email, check if the Marketing airline and the Flight: operated by are different. If they are, try to check in with the other airline.
- Try entering different variations of your name. You can try your surname without spaces, dashes, or special characters. For example, instead of Smith Simpson, enter SmithSimpson.
- Ensure you are within the official check-in window. Most airlines open online check-in exactly 24 hours before the flight's scheduled departure time and will not allow access any earlier.
- If you are asked to pay for extra baggage that should be included in your ticket, check your Perk confirmation email and the Manage booking section on the airline's website to confirm it is included. If there are any issues or discrepencies, contact us.
