All roles except guests can book trips for other people on the Perk website. The person you want to book for must have a profile on your company’s Perk account.
If you’re an account admin, you can create a new profile during the booking process. For more information, see Add new people to your account.
On the Perk app, you can only book a trip for someone else if they are traveling with you.
Book a trip for someone else
To book a trip for someone else on the Perk website:
- Enter the details of the trip.
- In the Add a traveler box, type the person’s name or email and click their name to add them to the trip.
- Click Search.
- Select the services you want to book.
- Select the invoicing details and payment method, then click Confirm payment.
Depending on the person’s account settings, you may need to complete custom fields, add cost objects, and/or request approval.
Once the trip is approved or confirmed, the booker and the traveler will receive a confirmation email.
Book a trip for someone else using the Concierge
To book a trip for someone else using the Concierge service:
- Go to the Concierge tab.
- Select the type of service you want to book.
- In the Add a traveler box, type the person’s name or email and click their name to add them to the trip.
- Complete the Concierge form and click Send Request.
One of our travel experts will book your trip. If they need to provide a quote, check the details, or have any questions, they'll get in touch with you.
Once the trip is approved or confirmed, the booker and the traveler will receive a confirmation email.
