Book a trip for someone else

All roles except guests can book trips for other people on the Perk website. The person you want to book for must have a profile on your company’s Perk account.

If you’re an account admin, you can create a new profile during the booking process. For more information, see Add new people to your account.

On the Perk app, you can only book a trip for someone else if they are traveling with you.

Book a trip for someone else

To book a trip for someone else on the Perk website:

  1. Enter the details of the trip.
  2. In the Add a traveler box, type the person’s name or email and click their name to add them to the trip.

  3. Click Search.
  4. Select the services you want to book.
  5. Select the invoicing details and payment method, then click Confirm payment.

Depending on the person’s account settings, you may need to complete custom fields, add cost objects, and/or request approval. 

Once the trip is approved or confirmed, the booker and the traveler will receive a confirmation email. 

Book a trip for someone else using the Concierge

Only available for Premium and Pro accounts.

To book a trip for someone else using the Concierge service:

  1. Go to the Concierge tab.
  2. Select the type of service you want to book.
  3. In the Add a traveler box, type the person’s name or email and click their name to add them to the trip.

  4. Complete the Concierge form and click Send Request.

One of our travel experts will book your trip. If they need to provide a quote, check the details, or have any questions, they'll get in touch with you. 

Once the trip is approved or confirmed, the booker and the traveler will receive a confirmation email.
