It’s important that all profile information is complete and up to date so that there are no issues when booking a trip or submitting expenses. For more information about what information you can see in someone's profile, see Edit your profile.
You can add a travel document to someone else's profile on the Perk website.
If the trip is already booked and you want to update the person's personal details, see Update your personal information for a booked trip.
- Go to the People page.
- Search for a person or find them in the list, then click their name.
- Go to the Wallet tab, and under Travel documents, click Add a travel document.
- Select the type of travel document - Passport, ID card, TSA KTN, or TSA Redress Number.
- Enter their information and click Save.
