Trenitalia requires all passengers on regional trains to check in before their journey. Check-in must be completed online and is open from midnight on the day of travel.
Once you check in, it’s not possible to change the booking.
- Find the Booking reference (PNR) and email in your Perk confirmation email or on the Trips page.
- Go to Trenitalia’s website.
- Select the Manage/Monitor trip tab.
- Select Email and PNR/Ticket code.
- Enter the Booking reference (PNR) and email.
- Click Search for ticket.
- Enter the requested information and download your validated ticket.
