Sertifi is a platform used to securely prepay for hotel bookings.
Once you book your trip, Perk sends the payment details for your stay directly to the property through the Sertifi portal. The hotel will have all the details needed to take the payment for your stay.
You'll receive an email 24 hours before check-in to confirm that your stay has been prepaid using Sertifi.
If you’re asked to pay
Let the hotel staff know that the stay has been paid using Sertifi and ask them to look for the Travel Company Authorization in the Sertifi portal.
You can find all your trip details in the confirmation email and the Perk app.
What’s covered?
Most extras, incidentals, and city taxes are not included in the room rate and aren’t covered. You’ll need to pay for those with your own credit card.
The hotel may ask for a deposit for incidentals. This is a temporary hold placed on your card to cover any potential charges during your stay.

If the hotel can't find the payment details or your personal card is charged, contact our Customer Care team.
