Keeping travelers safe and secure

To make sure that all your travelers are safe and secure during their trips, Perk offers the following support:

Before the trip

  • Notifications: Account admins and travel managers are informed about which trips and travelers are affected by travel disruptions. This includes a summary of risk alerts, an overview of affected trips, and contact details to request support. For more information, see Change your notification setting on Perk
     
  • Trips list: On the Trips page, account admins, travel managers, and anyone who gets notifications about team trips can see which trips are affected by travel disruptions.
     
  • Confirmation emails: Travelers are informed in the confirmation email if there are any new risks for their trip.
     
  • 'Who’s coming to the office' emails: Account admins can subscribe to a weekly email with information about who’s traveling and who will be in which office. To subscribe to the email, see Subscribe to the 'Who’s coming to the office' email
