Make sure to give us as much information as possible. This makes it easier for us to make the best case possible for you. 

Our travel experts will contact the service provider and let you know if a refund is possible and approximately how much you can get back. 

Perk can’t guarantee that you’ll receive a refund, and can’t provide a specific time frame, as it’s dependent on the hotel, airline, rental car, or train company. But we’ll make every effort to try and get you a refund as quickly as possible.
