Provide an in-date and acceptable copy of your proof of address

To verify your identity, you need to provide a valid proof of address. Here are some guidelines to help you capture an in-date and acceptable copy of your identity document.

To provide a copy of your proof of address, check that:

  • All four corners of the document are visible.
  • The document has been issued in the last three months.
  • All details are fully legible.
  • The document is addressed to you with your full name.
  • The document must have all information visible. No information can be redacted or covered.

You must scan or take a photograph of the document. Digital files are not accepted. Mobile phone bills are not accepted as proof of address.
