To open a bank account with our issuing bank, HBL, you must complete the account opening process, Know Your Business (KYB). This account is only available for companies in Switzerland.
The KYB onboarding process for Switzerland involves these steps:
- Complete the KYB questionnaire.
- Wait for the KYB case review.
The KYB onboarding process typically takes 6 to 8 weeks to complete. Bear in mind these timelines when requesting a Perk Card account.

Accept your invitation to Perk Pay
Once it has been identified that your organization is required to complete Perk‘s KYB onboarding process, you‘ll receive an email invitation to Perk Pay.
For the KYB onboarding process, Perk selects the primary contact person from the initial sales agreement. If you are the point of contact for your organization and still haven‘t received the email invitation, reach out to kybprocess@perk.com.
Complete the KYB questionnaire
To start the KYB onboarding process, you must complete the KYB questionnaire and the summarized customer profile.
You can find the KYB questionnaire form at the bottom of this article. After completing the form, forward it to kybprocess@perk.com.

Note: If you plan to onboard more than one company (legal entity), you must provide the required information for each company separately.
Wait for the KYB case review
Once you have submitted the completed KYB questionnaire, Perk will check the information provided and forward the form to the KYB case officer at HBL.
HBL may contact you during the KYB onboarding process to request additional documentation, such as a commercial register excerpt or annual statements. This allows the KYB case officer to approve or reject particular documentation and ultimately decide whether to open an account for your company.
If you have been approved by HBL, you‘ll receive a notification from your Perk account manager, confirming that the card account was opened successfully.
