Why am I not seeing any of my third-party card transactions in Perk?

If your transactions are not visible in Perk, this can be due to import issues. Specifically, the most common causes are:

  • If applicable: your automatic card transaction feed is not connected (correctly)
  • The card is in use before it is properly configured in Perk. Transactions occurring on company cards are mapped to the right card by the card name and last four digits in Perk. If a card is not yet configured in Perk, meaning it has not been labeled yet, transactions will not be visible in Perk.
