When ordering or requesting a Perk Card, you must enter a physical address. This address is used as the shipping address for the card (regardless of whether it is a physical, virtual or single use card).
For security reasons, cards must have complete addresses (including street name, number and postal/ZIP code). Cards cannot be registered to approximate locations or PO boxes.
Perk Cards are only available in selected countries in the European Union, the UK, and Switzerland.
If you try to enter a shipping address in a country where Perk Cards are not available, you see an error message “Shipping unavailable for this country”.

In these cases, you can:
- Enter another physical address in a country where the cards are available.
- Request that the card be shipped to your company‘s address where the card account was originally opened (i.e. the country where Perk Cards are available).
