Delegate someone to submit expenses and invoices on a person’s behalf

Account admins, company admins, and people managers can perform this task.

You can delegate someone to manage spend on behalf of others. They can create, submit, and recall expenses, trips, and invoices for the person they’re assisting, as well as manage transaction matching. They can view all expenses and invoices in Spend > Delegated expenses.

You can delegate multiple people to submit and approve expenses and invoices. When you assign someone, the person still has access to and control over their own spend – the only difference is that someone else can manage it as well.

You can set up someone to de others for new or existing Perk people in your company. They can either be delegated by the person themselves or can be designated by you.

Delegating someone to submit invoices and expenses

To delegate someone to manage others’ spending while creating a new account in Perk, see Add new employees to Perk. To assign a delegate to an existing person, go to People and select a person. In the Preferences tab, edit the Expense delegate or Invoice delegate section as required:

Removing a delegate

To remove a person’s access in Delegated expenses, access their profile in the People page, and remove their name from the Submits on my behalf fields and click Save.
