Generally, you can only cancel cards in Draft status. Cards that have been ordered but not activated by the cardholder have Draft status. Before or after this period, you cannot cancel the order.

To cancel your card order, go to Cards > Team cards > Corporate cards. Scroll down until you find a list of your cards including their cardholders and their status. You can filter the card list by cardholder name, card type, and status, or you can search by card alias. You can cancel those cards with the status Draft. 

As soon as you‘ve clicked on the card with the status Draft, a window opens with the card details. Click Cancel order to cancel the issuing of the card.
