Look up the PIN of your Perk Card

This article applies to Perk Cards only.

If you have forgotten your PIN, Perk offers you a quick and easy way to look it up directly on your web and mobile app.

Note: This feature is only available for physical cards, as virtual cards do not have PINs.

Caution: Never write down or share your PIN number.

Checking the PIN on the web app

To look up your PIN on your web app:

  1. Go to Cards. 
  2. Go to the tab for a physical card
  3. Click Show PIN.
  4. In the popup window, click Reveal PIN.

Your PIN is automatically hidden after 11 seconds.

Checking your PIN on the mobile app

To look up the PIN on your mobile app: 

  1. Tap the cards icon.
  2. Select the physical card (in case you have multiple cards).
  3. Tap More. 
  4. Click Show PIN to reveal the card PIN number of your card. 
  5. A new window opens in which you need to confirm your action by clicking on Show PIN. 
    After that, Perk shows you your PIN.
