Report your Perk Card as lost or stolen

Perk Card cardholders can perform this task.

If your Perk Card is stolen or becomes lost, it‘s important that you report it to prevent any unauthorized transactions.

You can either inform your company‘s card admin so they can report it or you can report it yourself in Perk. When you report a card as lost or stolen, the existing card is terminated, stopping any transactions from being made, and a new card number is issued.

To report your card as lost or stolen, go to Cards in the web app or to your profile and tap Cards > Card list in the mobile app.

Make sure to select the correct card. Once you see your card displayed on screen, click Report lost or stolen card.

 

You are shown a warning that indicates that the existing card will be terminated and a new one will be shipped to the address shown. Click Terminate card to confirm. Card admins can also report a card as lost or stolen for you.

Warning: Card termination is permanent and can’t be reversed.
If you report your card as lost but then find it, you can‘t use it to pay for expenses as it has been already terminated. You must use the new card that has been issued.
